About us
After more than 15 years of experience in the kitchen, including 9 years in a London gastro-pub, I decided to open a catering service to share my passion and expertise. My mastery of smoking techniques also allows me to introduce some specialties from my home country, Latvia. The idea of opening a catering service focused on European cuisine, incorporating house-made smoked products, aligns perfectly with my culinary vision.
